Welcome to Tapkonekt. By accessing or using our digital business card, portfolio showcase, and CRM platform (accessible via tapkonekt.web.app or our mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Tapkonekt provides tools for creating digital business cards, managing professional portfolios, capturing leads, and performing optical character recognition (OCR) scanning of business cards and badges. You agree to use the service only for lawful professional networking purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Google, Apple, or Email sign-in). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain full ownership of any profile data, logos, images, or CRM contacts you upload or sync to Tapkonekt. By uploading content, you grant Tapkonekt the right to host and display it solely for the operation of your digital business card.
You may permanently delete your Tapkonekt account and associated data at any time directly within the app via Settings > Delete Account & Data.
Tapkonekt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Profile & Showcase Data: Information you input into your digital card, including names, job titles, phone numbers, social links, services, and portfolio images.
CRM & Scanned Cards: Contact leads captured through contact exchanges or OCR business card scanning.
We use the collected information to:
• Provide, operate, and maintain your digital business card and CRM.
• Authenticate your user session securely via Firebase.
• Improve app features and user experience.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.
You have full control over your data. You can access, edit, or permanently erase all your account data and CRM contacts instantly using the in-app Delete Account & Data feature in your settings.
